The community is a quiet relaxing place to stay and soak up the warm Florida sunshine. The community has its own heated pool, hot tub & clubhouse with many activities to choose from. Superb shopping, restaurants & medical facilities are available right outside the gate! Since this is a retirement community no children are allowed.

-Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, coffee pot, microwave & more.

-Attached 10 x 30 enclosed Florida room with outdoor furniture.

-Attached laundry room with full size stacked front load washer & dryer.

-Everything you would need is there…just bring your clothes & personal
items.
